Spread the rumor online that "Republicans are submitting their vote ON ELECTION DAY."
Post this rumor across internet forums, building the silent "consensus" that "Republicans don't trust mail-in voting! They're going to bring their vote ON ELECTION DAY"
Seed the clouds with silver iodide above major cities on the night before election day.
A great big storm arrives. Nobody wants to stand out in the rain in a line
They win across the board.

I know it sounds far fetched. But just wait and see. And if it rains, please go vote anyways.
