This verse Q posted is from 2 Chronicles 7:14. Solomon had just completed the temple & God chose that place as a place of sacrifice. He told Solomon that if they humbled themselves, prayed, sought his face, & turned from their wicked ways He would forgive his people & heal their land, BUT! if they turned from Him they would suffer. We have brought the suffering on ourselves. It is time to humble ourselves, pray, seek his face & turn from our wicked ways so that he hears us and heals our Nation.
