I filed a complaint with the internal eeoc group at the hospital I work for after they approved the exemption after suspending me for a month and a half. After 181 days they reported they hired a “third party independent investigator” who concluded my claims for discrimination was unfounded. They do not go by the constitution or the rule of law, and get to investigate themselves with no legal timeframes, and are allowed to close investigations without any external oversight by the actual federal eeoc… they just need that third party investigator to say there wasn’t discrimination… I am not even allowed to see the report… lawyers will not return my calls like they are in on it. The system is fully corrupt and we have no recourse.
I confirm. Complained to EEOC. They open cases but they never bother to investigate or take into consideration the laws they suppose to. Forget about EEOC.
No need for a religious exemption. Use the Constitution. It's all you need. Read through it for the specific articles. If memory serves, I'm thinking Article 8 or 9 plus Article 10.14. You can find what you need if you read it. It's not long. Good luck.
