It is crazy to me that the US has any business being able to censor or prevent Russian propaganda.

The United States believes that freedom of speech is an unalienable right granted to man by his Creator, and merely guaranteed by the Constitution. That is: the United States believes that everyone has freedom of speech, even if they are not a citizen of the United States, and that the United States has no business restricting anyone's speech, even if they are not United States citizens.
