I got that part wrong - I confused Kash being ordered to Ohio by Trump and Ric's note saying everyone should keep eyes on Ohio.

Still figuring out what this may / may not be. Also wondering if any of this involved / involves the mysterious IP addresses released by the Pentagon in Dec 2020.
