And will this spur the employers suing the FDA/CDC for claiming these were safe and effective, etc?
Yes, the employers defense will be that they were "just following orders", basically. They will then go after those that were giving the orders, following up the chain to the CDC, FDA and big pharma.
It will also probably lead to proof of fraud, which vitiates everything and eliminates the liability protections of big pharma.
One long chain reaction, starting with the employers. It might also bankrupt the employers along the way for their share of the responsibility.
Keep in mind, the defense for many of the guilty will be that the injections were not mandatory... and twist things around to say that it was somehow informed consent.
What a horror movie we are watching. Q should've been more specific to that point, lol
They will use the liability waiver that everyone signed as defense. The waiver claims you are willing and have been informed. My employer asserted that it was safe and effective and that all the vials in their clinic were the approved cominirty. No approved comminirty had been produced at that point
None has been produced now either. And unlikely it ever will be.
yes, at my company, the site director and senior managers made a series of cringy videos encouraging people to get the shot. The shot was mandated as a condition of employment, but they all said with a straight face that it was the employee's choice and they wished anyone well who didn't want to take the shot.
My exemption was approved, so I'm watching all of this with popcorn in hand.
I read this twatter post here four days ago but thanks for the reminder.
