There is federal law that prohibits a person or entity from enforcing civil statues. Laws. Rules. Mandates etc.

It has been posted on here a bunch of times. The fines are a millon per individual and 100 million per entity as in corporate entity.

As in CDC has no regulatory authority, WHO has none, the persons who works for them zero. All enforcing mandates illegally as persons.
