What if the machines have been knobbled by the white hats, forcing more votes to be counted by hand.
It would avoid some of the algorithmic shenanigans of the 1.25 votes for dem etc. wouldn't it?

Interesting theory. I don't know what to believe. This movie has more twists and turns and cliffhangers than anything I've ever seen. I hope you're right though.
I was wondering the same thing. What matters is who counts the votes. Does seem more like a way to avoid the NG cybersecurity teams, but hopefully I'm wrong
or it is the NG cyber teams and they will oversee the hand counting?
That's certainly my hope. Though I'd think you'd need a lot more boots on the ground than the purported 2,300 or so cyber guys. Of course, we are never given the full truth
