Read this here the other day;
The UK counts All the ballots Twice BY HAND in 24 Hours for 68 million people. No computer system I know of has beat that benchmark. I hear Canada does it in an hour, also by Hand. This delaying the results, is purposeful Trauma based Mind Kontrol.
