I live in a pretty functional, medium-sized PA county, and we'd finished counting all the mail in and absentee ballots by 3:00 today. There were about 24 people counting since 7:30 am. So why on earrh can't we have results tonight? Well we all know why. We have to see how many in-person votes come in so we can spend the next 3 days filling out ballots for the dems and magically inserting them into the count.
