Agreed. The deep state will misconstrue this election by saying America has moved on from Trump. Thats nonsense, we need to support him now more than ever.

It’s not just the deep state pushing that. The Rino’s are pushing it too. They want Ronnie instead of Donnie. Too soon in my opinion but it will split us so McConnel can have his last pony in the show.

Here's my theory. I've not read it or heard it elsewhere though it may have been said...

The DS purposely "gave" DeSantis an awe inspiring night to pump him up and make him a viable candidate to take on Trump just to split the vote (some) and to cause more discord on the right. Nefarious Reverse Psychology if you will.
