Why are posts 4061 and 4062 duplicate with different time zones?

I feel that is at least part of it. Gotta say, it's been working... I've told my family and friends, Q has helped me keep my sanity during all of this. If it weren't for Q and the Patriot community I'd have taken to the streets long ago.
