Honest question, is it dooming to ask what is different about what we have this time that will result in any measurable success versus what we had last time where very little apparently happened if they were able to do it again? The results weren't overturned last time and I can't think of more than a small number of places that made changes to the process to make this time more secure. I'd love to be "rah rah, we caught 'em red handed", but I think we did last time too.
