I have no legal background, but in areas that have "questionable" outcomes (obvious fraud to me) why can't the residents request/demand an investigation starting out with a petition first? I would think if the number of interested residents continued to grow there would have to be an investigation into the "oddities". Am I being naive?
No, not at all. At least, not in my opinion. I think we all need to really spend some time learning the Constitution. That is where the answers should be found. There has to be a constitutional remedy for fraudulent elections. I wish we had some constitutional attorneys or scholars here to answer these questions. At the very least, what you said. Those in blue states need to be contacting their state representatives and raising cain.
