Did some voters not participate because they thought there was a huge red wave? That their vote was not needed?

I missed the Blood Moon (Cloudy) and the Red Mirage. Definitely saw a Blue Mirage though...

Saw the moon... Something else I thought of is related to Florida...All those new residents used to be conservatives in blue states....
