but what if the military election monitoring was to monitor and prevent FOREIGN intervention in U.S. elections, not DOMESTIC cheating.

Well, that didn't work, since I believe it has been revealed that PA poll workers knowingly gave our mid-term election data to China.

Oh, goodie! Now what happens? Another investigation by the FBI?
