It is a very good article and explains exactly why the left doesn't care about rally size or debates.

Personally, I think the left just looks at the voter rolls and prints and fills out ballots for everyone. They can then dump in however many ballots are needed to steal elections. It's why they sent ballots out to everyone in 2020. They didn't care if they were mailed back. They voted for people anyway.
