I think celebrating or promoting it is over the top and shouldn’t be done. I wouldn’t say it’s normal. It’s obviously not normal. However it’s clearly not a choice, at least in most cases. I hate the phrase that some people are born that way but in essence they truly are. I could tell as a young child that some of the others guys were more feminine. A few of them turned out to be gay to no one’s surprise
