Would you contribute to pay for a lobbyist ..

if we hired one to represent WE THE PEOPLE?!! I've been thinking about this. It seems that everybody with a lobbyist and a big pocketbook gets what they want from congress.

Maybe we could all pool what money we have left and hire a lobbyist to represent US. At least then we'd have some representation.

Out of curiosity, how was the fee determined? Did they just tell you they wanted a flat fee, or how did that work? Thanks. Btw, it's horrible you had to do that at all, but I'm glad it worked out for you. At least temporarily.
