The results are partially due to rigged, fraudulent elections... and partially due to the fact that a lot of people in PA are a very special kind of stupid (neither candidate was a good choice).

Put the two together and you end up with Senator "Uncle Fetterman". He is literally a cross between Uncle Fester and the Toxic Avenger. Hey You Guys !!! Make PA proud...
