Interesting. From the title I expected this was some delay or obstruction theatrics to continue the slander of the truckers being the worst possible people ever, but no.. certainly looks like one of the vaxx deaths that have been happening all over. In someone that didn't seem stressed or exerting himself in any way before he dropped to the floor.
He was conscious when transferred to the ambulance, so this incident may not have been fatal.
The lawyers for the commission, of whom this fellow was the lead, have been tasked with finding out what happened during the protests and whether the Emergencies Act should have been declared. In watching large parts of the hearing, my sense is that the commission lawyers have been quite impartial in their questioning.
Some of the lawyers representing some of the other groups, however, have been quite nasty. Unsurprisingly, the legacy media reporting on the hearing usually completely distorts what happened.
Thanks for the info. The collapse itself in which it looks like he fell sideways onto something ( a table, a chair, some other furniture?) rather than directly onto the floor probably saved his life - It doesnt take much of a blow to someones head to end things.
As for the governments position in these hearings, I fully expect the level of insanity that Trudeau conducted himself with regard to the truckers to be repeated. Sane men stop digging holes, but whatever demon is pulling strings on Trudeau will not relent now.
To date I have not seen any sign that the judge is being partial to one side or the other (I have been watching for this).
After 3 weeks of testimony from Ottawa city officials, police officers, convoy organizers, border blockaders, and now provincial (Ontario) politicians, no facts have come to light that suggest Canada was anywhere near needing to declare an emergency.
In fact, the opposite has been revealed. The border blockades were already gone, intelligence noted the lack of crime and violence, police had already been identified to help with the protest, tow trucks were available, and CSIS advised that declaring the Emergencies Act would likely have a negative impact let alone the fact that the circumstances did not justify the Act being used.
We'll have to see what the judge writes in the final report, but I don't see how the report can do anything other than condemn the actions of the Liberal government unless some incredible, previously unknown information is presented over the coming weeks.
Sorry didn't archive link as it was taking long time
