It seems what you are showing is 27K votes minus for Walker, while +4K votes for Warnock in the same time-period.

It seems then on total, 23.000 votes were gone ...

During the 2020 election with Trump there was a guy who was able to track the algorithm of the dominion machines. He could show in real time that when a % thresholds was reached some votes were switched to Biden and some of the votes are actually deleted altogether.
