I'm not sure what is going on but I have been reading some of the comments saying that some of these sheriffs are soros minions. On the other hand Trump did talk to some Sheriffs earlier this morning. So, there's that. If we find out who ordered the mobilization then we would most likely find out if these guys are black hats or white hats.

The Maricopa County Sheriff did. That's Penzone. You may have seen Sheriff Lamb. He's in a different county, he has no jurisdiction here, nor does any other Sheriff.
