Well, he's already been let out on bail. Apparently, he was kept in a solitary cell until someone posted bond for him.

He has huge breast implants, and his Adam's Apple has been shaved down, according to his photos, but I don't know whether his nether regions are still in original condition.

Either way, he's been let out, so...
