Yes, but wtf? This is very weird.
It's not weird, but I do have two theories.
A) Paul Penzone and crew are protecting the Soros racket and realizes there's a grave threat facing them, that they have to pull an op like this;
B) This is actually an optics-based psyop to make us think they're covering something up, while they are actually looking into the crime.
Either way, it's currently happening. My assumption is theory a). They're really stressing out about the Lake vote total they've witnessed and are scrambling to figure out how to overcome it.
I think they are smuggling in ballots.
