Do you have any idea where the IP addresses came from by chance? I wouldn't be surprised it is coming from some big democrat bot farm routed through VPNs. Democrats do get lazy on these things though and I am sure they might have messed up with a few of their attempts.
I would put my money on Panama. Big CIA/intel data hub in Panama that filters all traffic into/out of Western Hemisphere.
