Trump mentioned "stable genius" and this q drop mentions WH [optics] must remain stable. It also mentions "[NEXT WEEK] & less than 10". Trump is supposed to announce something big next week in 5 days from today (11/10) or 8 days from the day he made that announcement at his Ohio rally.
