Still tallying votes in state of Utah. SOME good news...
Just hope it is not premature.
- Phil Lyman, state rep, regained his San Juan County seat in a landslide. We think there was an attempt by the RINO Lt Gov to recruit a leftist Navajo woman to try and unseat him.
Phil is THE voice for election integrity in the state legislature, and has been mercilessly smeared as an election denier.
- Aaron Davidson apparently has won his race for Utah county clerk. The Salt Tribune is smearing him as an election conspiracy theorist so he must be doing something right!
We are in a nail-biter here in Salt Lake County. Will probably be doing some poll watching this weekend.
Have already submitted the following letter to the Board of Canvassers and already got a THANK YOU from one member of the SLCo council.
To the Salt Lake County Board of Canvassers,
Please obtain the full Cast Vote Record of our election here in Salt Lake County. It will help verify the accuracy of this election and it will be a step forward in increasing trust in the results.
Please ask how do the total number of votes cast according to the tabulator compare to the number of ballot images and how is any difference accounted for?
How many provisional ballots were cast and how were they resolved?
For each polling place:
Please ask for a copy of the paperwork the election team signed off on when the portable media drives were delivered to the police. How many drives were given to the police from that polling place at poll close?
Then ask for the matching paperwork from the SLCo election center downtown verifying that the same number of drives from that election place were uploaded into the tabulator.
In addition, the election team at each polling place might have, at poll close, written down the number of votes cast on each machine and that may have been totaled. Are those records available?
Then is the SLCo election center able to show through their records that the same number of in person votes from that polling place were cast?
I was a poll watcher at one voting center and can provide numbers for that center if you need an example.
Thank you!
Actually have further updates. Checked the numbers of Phil Lyman's race and it is NOT the landslide I was told, he won by nearly 51.4%.
Phil ran unopposed in 2020. Curious thing, I used the 2020 presidential race as a proxy and the Trump/Pence ticket in San Juan County won in 2020 by the same ratio, 51.4%.
Sure made me wonder if votes have been calculated rather than counted.
