it's not like the swamptards can win unless the white hats allow it. they didn't allow it in 16, then did in 20.

switching tactics back and forth allows you to dictate the terms of the battle. you get inside their OODA loop and all they can do is follow along.

picture it like clothing getting agitated back and forth in a washer.
