They cannot produce wealth, only destroy or steal it: They are incompetent and very stupid (no other way to put it). Most of the black hatters got their wealth by their lineage and keep it by supporting political cockroaches and using them to steal wealth from either the ppl directly, selling their over priced crap to our governments, or putting their up and coming competitors out of business through government decree.

Inefficient and full of corruption: If they lets say want to shore up an existing government so as to keep it from falling. The ration of actual aid by the time it gets to it's location is roughly reduced by 90%. Their multiple minions steal bits here so much so that sometimes nothing gets there. It is the nature of the the kind of business they are in.

No honor amongst thieves. They don't trust each other. Alliances have to be struck in order to force the other lesser black hatters into line. The problem of this is if they sense weakness the current leadership will be struck down. Now complete civil wars amongst them really don't occur that often but, when they do, it's a blood bath. Note: I believe we are in the beginning of one.

Their arrogance and ego know no bounds. They will often waste millions to prove a point or to show off. This can range from making a new ridiculous fads to having people like a tranny elected into office.
