The mechanics can be:

Right wing leaders stand against Trump.
MSM promo sets them.
Sheep learn who they are and what they say (not only now about Trump, but overall, covid, vaccines, etc.)
They all gain more traction.
When election fraud proofs come out they all shift back with even larger audience (including right leaning sheep who followed them recently).
