Not unless the only thing you are consuming is distilled water over an extended period of time. What else you eat/drink remineralizes your body. Distilled water carries out more of what you don't need vs water already burdened with minerals.
A small squeeze of lemon is enough to properly remineralize.
I, like most elderly, balding and half mad anons take the usual vitamins, as well as being rather addicted to limed water with just a touch of sugar to take the edge off.
100 ml lime juice (about 9 limes) to 500 ml distilled water, sugar to taste if you like. Delicious!
I've been drinking distilled water since 1988 when I became aware of the awful stuff that was in the city tap water (not just fluoride).
As have my pets.
I attribute this to their amazing life spans; one cat lived 22 years, one to 19+, and four to 18+.
People have told me when they die they want to come back as one of my cats.

Distilled water will leach the minerals from your system. Hope you remineralized it.

Exactly my thought. I eat lots of rice and vegetables with my bacon.
Thank you for your concern!
