Incredible footage showed the moment the Nova Kakhovka dam on the Dnipro River was blown up by retreating Russian soldiers.

This one is the one upriver from one of the cities in East Ukraine. Might have been Kherson. The Russians recently evacuated the river bank areas downstream of the dam so that nobody got hurt when somebody destroys it. I expect its the Ukrainians directed by NATO members. Can't see why the Russians would sabotage it.
