Incredible footage showed the moment the Nova Kakhovka dam on the Dnipro River was blown up by retreating Russian soldiers.

Wait .... So civilians blow up a dam .... how do we know they are Russian? They might as well be Ukranian .... especially, since Ukraine was bend on destroying the dam anyway.

Who would profit from this? Ukraine, of course.

The dam itself is a transport choke point, and could easily be used as a kill off point for any Ukro attack. And Russian could, in case of need, blow it with a couple of Kinzhal missiles.

So, no, it does not make sense at all to lap it on Putin's lap. I would think this little monkey is on Zelenkiy's shoulder.
