That's what 2025-2028 are for.

2017-2020 + 2023-2024 (if either the fraud is proved/decert and re-do on 2020 election or Buyden impeachment, Kamala impeachment or stepdown and PDJT as Speaker) + 2025-2028 = 10 years allowable total (or 8 if 2023-2024 doesn't work out)
