According to wikipedia, the speaker of the house does not have to be an incumbent representative, altho it always has been. It says the house votes for the speaker after inauguration, so its possible Trump could do this.

Let me introduce you to the references section of wikipedia where you can browse more "authoritative" sources.

Or maybe you can link to the relevant part of the constitution...but what if the website is lying?!? Probably need to go to the museum yourself and read the cursive written on hemp paper. Then take a picture.

But no one will believe you, because knowledge is fake and gay.

And nobody can read cursive anyways.
