Impeach and 25th Amendment are 2 different things. If we take the house we could impeach him if we don't have that jackass McCarthy as SoTH. BUT - it then foes to the Senate for a trial. We are not gonna control the Senate unless the fraud is dealt with. So impeachment goes nowhere.

25th amendment in this case would be if a majority of the Cabinet and the VP votes that Biden is not fit to be president, the VP acts as President. Then after a specified number of days both bodies of congress (House and Senate) have a vote on whether the President can do his duties. If 2/3 of both bodies votes NO then the VP becomes the President and the old President is out.
