Trump could become Speaker just like HRC could become Speaker.

Each party votes on a person to be their Candidate in the vote for Speaker.

With the amount of RINOs in the Republican party, I just don't see them selecting Trump.

And while, during the official vote for Speaker, they can vote for anyone (selected Candidate or not) I just don't see enough people spontaneously voting for Trump for him to win.
