If nothing happens soon, I'll be called a LARPer. That's fine. The law of war manual, which was on this site many times, outlines the details of exactly what you are describing. There has been a lot of things confirming it. I honestly haven't read anywhere near as much about it as many people on here.... just hearing chatter that seems to confirm.
