Votes that were casted disappeared from a candidate. People showed up and voted and those votes later on were taken from them.

Does any scenario exist in which the vote-counting staff should not face arrest? There is no such thing as a type of vote that deducts a vote already cast for any specific candidate or party. Ergo it can only be crime.
