Biggest red flag on that whole thing is the nice round numbers of total voters. That doesn't happen naturally (See Bedford's Law). Total votes on Nov 9th was nearly perfectly 2.5M votes. Off by 21 votes. After injection on the 10th, it was 2.575M -21, then 2 days later the 21 were added. 21 exactly.

That's the kind of thing I'd expect an algorithm to create.

Very nice work, PatriotLady, additional props for directly linking sources which is one of my biggest pet peeves on this site!
