Why does it look like they took a template from the 70s? What's with the hippy 3 shades of purple background and yellow and blue stripes LOL

I now release a statement KARI already won and will be their worst nightmare for many years to come.

Probably using Microsoft Publisher in house... just like the software Hobbs approved to run the elections, which may also be from the 70’s.
