Is this how they infuse extra votes into the count?

Combing through the voter rolls for people that didn’t vote, and infuse extra Hobbs votes to insure her “win”.

That explains the 5+ extra days needed for vote counting, they need to figure out how many votes they can infuse without getting caught.
