Someone who appeared to be a lawfren said it was a filing from a guy (forgotten the name now) who was suing them both. Their names were connected because he named them both in his lawsuit. If he's correct, nothing to this. I'd like to get some other lawfags opinions, but let's not make something of nothing. KNOW what you're posting before you do.
