as a very experienced big tech engineer, I'm stumped to the assertion that being in space gives you some sort of advantage to capturing data. I'd be very surprised if any significant amount of data ever goes into space. However, I dont know anything about how election data is routed, perhaps it's designed to only go through satellites for some reason?
