I have no proof of this, but I have a feeling Twitter uses a "soft delete", where things are marked as "deleted" in the database and users will never see that tweet again, but anyone with dB access could easily query deleted tweets by user ID. And since Twitter was used as a propaganda weapon, it stands to reason that the deep state would want to keep deleted data and never do a "hard delete". But since musk took over Twitter before the election, patriots "have it all".

I'm sure you're correct. In one way or another, nothing is deleted. Once created, it's immortal.
