Could “Watch the Water” possibly mean “Watch the Kari Lake” election? Just curious since it’s getting so much attention and is such a pivotal election.

Highly unlikely, watch the water refers to the painting in the background in North Korea. The painting changed from a storm to a beautiful sunrise and this was pointed out by an anon to symbolize that Kim Jong Un was liberated from deep state. Q acknowledged this in post 849.
Until we know what watch the water means, your take on it is as good as the OP's take on it. IMO of course. It could also mean many things.
My take? I just pointed out where Q acknowledges an anon, that posted both pictures on 8kun (https://qanon.pub/#849). Guess we don't see it the same way - to me this is a clear Q confirmation.
