They all crossed the border (thru Texas) and their family members in the East Coast vouched for them (different fams for different individuals) to be sent to them (the families).
They were transported from Texas to Arizona in a bus and were given flight tickets to flight across the country.
Note; I learned of their stories, because they were looking for directions and I was the one who spoke Spanish at the same gate and going on the same plain.
I'm Hispanic/Latina and also a migrant, however, I made it legally and right now I don't know what or how to feel about this. I can understand why they are here, however, I don't like it how they did it😕
We all understand why they are here. Most of us sympathize. They come because they can live in peace here, easier than in the country they are leaving.
But our own country is abusing its citizens by needlessly subsidizing immigrants while neglecting our own tired, poor, old, wounded and hungry. Our laws disintegrate when they are unenforced, and our country will become what the migrants are fleeing. After first squandering the legacy and inheritance of our ancestors that built what we are blessed with today.
