Also simultaneously having a huge uncontrolled department of that same government involved in bringing in and selling those "illegal" chemicals to maintain their black budget.

Anyone doing illicit drugs (meth, cocaine, heroin, fentanyl) now is essentially helping fund the people that are trying to kill us all with the vaccines.
