That’s what has been done for decades and it’s not exciting anymore. Remember when Trump went to North Korea an started a bromance with Un? People were totally WTF and AWW at the same time (except the blue haired pronoun-users or the smelly Pantifas)… we crave Peace and security, that kind of fear doesn’t work anymore. The enemy is the institution.
